These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AI & Systems for Owners, operated by Awal Consulting Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and your membership in the community. By joining or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Membership and recurring billing

AI & Systems for Owners is a paid membership billed on a recurring basis. When you join, you enroll in an automatically renewing subscription with the following terms:

• Price: $97/month (or $997/year if you choose annual billing).
• Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel.
• Where you are billed: Payment is processed securely through Skool. You create your account and enter payment details on Skool, and your subscription is managed there.
• How to cancel: You can cancel anytime from your Skool account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Guarantee and refunds

We offer a 30-day guarantee: build your first system within 30 days of joining and, if it does not pay for itself, contact us at jay@jayawal.com within that period and your next month is on us. Outside of this guarantee, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless stated otherwise.

What you get

Membership includes access to the community, courses, templates, tools, prompt library, and live sessions as described on our site. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

No income or results guarantee

The systems, templates, and training we provide are educational. Any examples of results, savings, or earnings are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or savings.

Acceptable use

• You will not share your login or resell access to members-only materials.
• You will not copy, redistribute, or republish our content without written permission.
• You will treat other members respectfully and follow the community rules.

Intellectual property

All content we provide is owned by Awal Consulting Inc. or its licensors and is provided for your personal use as a member. Your license ends when your membership ends.

Third-party platforms

We use third-party platforms including Skool and Meta. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and membership are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awal Consulting Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or membership. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
